When will I receive my payout?
Payouts are processed within 2–3 business days of your request. You can request once every 14 days with a minimum of ₹500 pending.
Why isn't my referral being tracked?
The referred user must click your unique link and sign up within 30 days. Make sure you're sharing the full link from your dashboard, not the homepage.
Can I change my UPI / bank details?
Yes. Go to your dashboard → Profile → Payment details. Changes take effect on your next payout request.
My earnings look incorrect — what should I do?
Email us with the order or transaction details. We'll investigate and reconcile within 3 business days.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. A verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
Can I have multiple referral links?
Currently each partner has one referral link. If you need tracking for different campaigns, contact us and we'll look into it for you.
